Build 080721 - Revision 4 fix


Working on the swappable maps support atm, yet in the meanwhile found a glitch since the last build, so...:

  • Fixed - the XInput control reference commands (say, XIREF) caused a crash due to the new, longer, control list
  • The screen static effects seen whenever hit (whole frame) or shooting railguns etc (HUD only) are now framerate-limited at 24 fps, giving them a way more crisp appearence (especially visible on 144Hz monitors, where the old-style static would look more like a somewhat noisy blur due to a very fast regeneration). This only applies to the static noise itself (more technically speaking, one's random seed, which will now be updated less frequently, instead of being regenerated every frame like in the older builds), and will not limit the actual framerate of the scene, which will still be displayed at full framerate all the time.
